URCA regs say CBL can't bill for no service

(CBL) irate because they have been issued bills that do not reflect the days without CBL service, the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) has made it clear that Cable Bahamas is required to adjust customer bills to reflect the pro-rated amount for only the days in which customers have had the service.
